Our work included mapping out their existing environment, uncovering the issues and challenges their current infrastructure faced, and finally designing and implementing a Global Backup Strategy and Plan that could expand as the company grew. We implemented a consolidated approach using Veritas NetBackup 4.0 as the global standard for their Enterprise Backup Application. Additionally, StorageTek libraries with LTO tape technology were launched throughout their Global Infrastructure to provide the client with consistency in tape media management globally.
